Knauf Insulation is a market leader with over 40 years of experience in the insulation industry. They are continuously looking for new ways to innovate conventional thinking. As a strong Showpad believer from the start, Knauf asked us to create a Showpad compatible sales tool that would clearly structure their wide product range.
To develop a Showpad Experience app that structures all of Knauf’s products and solutions according to the different types of markets they serve and their application possibilities.
With products and solutions for residential houses and apartment buildings as well as schools, hospitals and warehouses, Knauf caters for a very diverse audience. To cover this scope, we created the Knauf interactive city app. The app starts with a 3D visual of a city. Hotspots are available on different building types. Once clicked on, a 3D zoom animation leads users to a specific building and its applications such as a green roof, interior and exterior walls, ceilings, etc. On the application level, 3D visuals contain a cut through which shows the most relevant product. Other relevant products are listed underneath.
The interactive city app is offered in multiple languages and is available in Showpad and on the web: villedurable.knaufinsulation.fr. Per product, the app displays a detail page including features and benefits, specs and useful Showpad assets such as datasheets and movies. These can be sent to prospects and all can be tracked via Showpad. The product info runs via a single source and is automatically synced from Knauf’s database every night to keep it up to date.
